Payment Terms
- Reservation fee of Php 30,000.00 is non-refundable & non-transferable
- Full payment of Total Contract Price within 30 days merits a 5% discount.
- A 2.5% discount on 30% Downpayment can be availed if paid within thirty (30) days.
- The 30% downpayment can be paid through Easy Equity Payment Plan. (For Pag-ibig & Bank Financing)
- The 70% balance can be paid through bank, HDMF/Pag-ibig, provident and in-house financing.
