Access is from the main road down your private drive to the entrance gate. The very private, quiet and gently sloping lot has majestic views from many vantage points. A 3rd bathroom completes the main floor. Municipal water and electricity, satellite TV, telephone and internet service are connected.

A separate building features an additional 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry room and a large second kitchen and is utilized as staff quarters.
